Mystim Warranty Conditions

Mystim grants a 12-month guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. Mystim's guarantee is valid worldwide. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, Mystim, as the guarantor, will grant one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:

• free repair of the goods or
• Free exchange of the goods or parts of the goods for an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by:

• abusive or improper treatment
• Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
• Failure to observe any safety precautions
• Failure to follow the operating instructions
• Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling)
• unauthorized repair attempts
• normal wear and tear

In order to make a claim under the guarantee, Mystim must be given the opportunity to examine the guarantee claim by sending in the goods. Please ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for a guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. Please understand that Mystim may refuse to provide a guarantee without enclosing this copy of the invoice. The sending of the copy of the invoice is used to calculate the guarantee period. You must also provide the name and address of the seller, unless this is clear from the enclosed copy of the invoice.

We ask you to enclose a description of the error or defect with the goods you send in.

If the warranty claim is justified, the warranty processing will be carried out freight-free for you.

A notice:
Your legal rights against us arising from the purchase agreement concluded with us are not restricted in any way by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing legal warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore always contact us within the framework of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a guarantee case exists or the guarantee is claimed.
